    Dear Caribbean Tennis Community

My name is Burton Cole and I am a tennis player/Coach from Trinidad and Tobago. In an effort to bring the Tennis Community in the Caribbean a little closer together, I have started this web site (i.e. www.tenniscarib.freeservers.com ) to get as much information about tennis in the Caribbean to as many people as possible in the quickest time.
At this time if it is at all possible I would like to get from you, a copy of your Association's Tennis Calendar of Events for the year 2002. This would allow coaches, spectators and administrators all over the Caribbean to factor these tournaments and events into their Annual Plan when formulating programmes for their various charges whether Junior, or Adult players Clubs, Schools etc. (This would be just a mouse click away)

Coaches send in your contact number, name, address e-mail etc. so a directory can be compiled for easy reference .

Tennis associations please send in your contact name, address and e-mail address.

Caribbean Tennis Clubs please do the same.

Tennis groups wanting to challenge other groups from around the Caribbean please send in your notices.

With respect to getting tournament information out to as many participants as possible, this web site www.tenniscarib.freeservers.com is an additional way of getting the tournament prospectus and entry forms out to a greater number of players on time.

This would mean that players could stay in the comfort of their homes and down load both the prospectus and entry form. Saving themselves and their parents (juniors) some valuable time and money that could be used for practice, conditioning, homework etc. They can then fill out the entry form and either

Bring the completed form to you by hand (local players )

Send it through the post (Caribbean players )
    or

Send it via e-mail. (i.e. to an e-mail address controlled by the tournament committee ) ( Everybody )

This would be true for someone living in Kingston, Kingstown, Roseau, St. Georges, Bridgetown, Fort de France, St. Johns, Castries, Basseterre, Georgetown, Arima, or even Australia.
You will also be saving on some of your printing and postage costs. (Please pass this information onto your tournament committees.)
